PROJECT SUSTAINABILITY

We would like to analyze which factors make projects sustainable. After brainstorming with colleagues we come up with the idea that these factors can make the projects sustainable:

1. Social infrastructure is sufficient for implementing and developing project ideas
2. Existing market need and market demand for project results
3. A project is supported by federal/regional/ local education authority
4. Project's results are tangible
5. Efficient and mobile project team
6. Members of a project team posses fund rising skills
7. Existing real collaboration between project partners
8. A project idea has been initiated by a project team not by senior authorities
9. Sufficient resources for implementing project ideas
10. Innovations/project ideas can be accepted by an education system
11. An education system is ready for innovation
12. Existing mechanism of dissemination of project results
13. Existing marketing strategy for project results
14. A project is carefully planned; feasibility study has been conducted; project results are thoroughly analysed after each step of completing a project

I would be very grateful if colleagues could help identifying these factors. Could I ask colleagues add other factors to this list?
Thank you very much for your help.
